The owners of this house needed a backyard update to make the house more appealing to prospective buyers. We took a yard that sloped up to the back fence with patchy grass and lots of rock and made it much more inviting with a small wall to sit on, new trees for future shade, and a great play area for kids and pets.

This client wanted to create an enclosed outdoor space for her pets, but she had no clue what that would look like. We worked with her to create this screened porch utilizing an existing patio slab and shade structure. We created inexpensive wood-framed panels using small wire mesh that can be easily replaced when they get damaged or too weathered, or removed entirely when she decides to sell the house.
